Add-to-cart rate per variant. On your store, the app counts real views and add-to-carts — these numbers are just to show the report.

Why this exists

A note from the person who built it

I build Shopify stores for a living, and the add-to-cart button is the one element every sale goes through — yet almost nobody tests it. Agencies will do it for a five-figure retainer; most testing tools want you to rebuild your whole funnel first.

So I built something narrower: an app that only works on the product-page CTA. It animates the button, adds honest urgency widgets, and A/B tests copy — and it stays out of everything else. The AI suggests variants, but nothing goes live without your approval.

It's a new app. I'm not going to pretend it has thousands of users or pages of five-star reviews yet. If a focused CTA tester sounds useful, install the free plan and try it on one product. If not, check back when there are real case studies here.

— Matt, builder of Autopilot Conversions

The default buy button doesn't do much selling.

Most themes ship the same static add-to-cart button. It works, but it never gets tested — and it's the one element every purchase goes through. That's the part Autopilot works on.

How it works

Style, test, promote.

Three steps, all inside the app — no theme edits along the way.

01

Style the CTA layer in minutes

Pick an animation preset, add the urgency widgets you want, and the app renders everything inside your existing product page layout.

  • CTA animation presets
  • Stock, shipping, and demand widgets

Features

What's in the app.

One narrow job — the product-page CTA — done properly.

Urgency widgets that stay honest

Stock, shipping, and demand cues sit right next to the CTA, so shoppers see the context they need at the moment they decide. You control what each widget says and when it shows — the goal is informative, not pushy.

Analytics that answer one question

Did the new CTA convert better than the old one? Each experiment tracks views, add-to-cart actions, and conversion rate per variant, and won't call a winner until your minimum-views threshold is met.

Your copy, or AI suggestions

Write CTA variants yourself or start from AI suggestions. Everything is editable, and nothing goes live without your approval.

Theme-safe rendering

The widget renders inside your existing product page instead of replacing it, so it inherits your theme's look.

No code to install

One click from the Shopify App Store. No template edits, no snippets to paste, nothing to undo if you uninstall.

Winner promotion

Promote the winning variant yourself, or let the Pro plan do it automatically when a test clears your threshold.

Worth testing?
